For sale is a hand-crafted sterling silver ring with a large, natural star ruby.  This stunning ring features a round star ruby that is opaque with a rich shade of purple-red.  The ruby displays a full six-rayed star in bright light.  You can see the crystalline structure of the ruby, which tells you the ruby is a natural, earth-mined gemstone.  The ruby is secure in a bezel setting.  The shoulders of the silver ring are beautiful filigree created by cutting and piercing the silver to create scrolling designs.  This is a well-crafted, elegant ring with a lovely star ruby.  It is rare to find a natural star ruby in silver, which makes this an unusually affordable purchase!
