For sale is a Mexican boulder fire opal ring in sterling silver. This opal is rich shades of orange and red embedded in terracotta orange matrix. The opal has lovely subtle fire in dim light, which deepens to sparkling cherry reds, tangerine, and yellow in bright light or sunlight. The opal is securely bezel-set, completely framed in silver. The ring setting is large, framing the opal in a large silver oval with twisted rope edging. This is a rich, warm, magical opal ring that will add color and fire to your day.
***The silver has a lovely natural patina (darkening of the metal) that the buyer may prefer to enjoy or to remove.
