Australian Purple Lavender Crystal Opal Ring. Flower **VIDEO**

For sale is an Australian Lightning Ridge opal cluster ring in gold-toned metal.  The ring features lovely translucent lavender opals arranged in a large cluster or flower.  These opals were mined in the Lightning Ridge opal fields in New South Wales, Australia.  Lightning Ridge opals are sometimes called crystal opals or jelly opals, because they are translucent with flashes of colorful fire.  These opals are particularly lovely, because of their lavender and purple colors, and because they flash with exceptional purple, blue and neon green fire.  These opals are lovely in dim light, but they are truly stunning in the sunlight.  Please see the video for the most accurate view of the glory of these opals.  The ring features a central opal that is surrounded by a halo of five opals. The opals are set high in a well-crafted mounting with filigree sides.  The setting is made of a base metal with gold-tone.  (The ring is not solid gold.)  This is a magical, ever-changing opal ring that will dazzle in the sunlight.
