Australia Purple Black Boulder Opal 925 Ring. 1" & 8g**VIDEO**

For sale is an Australian black boulder opal ring in sterling silver.  This is an unusual and exceptionally large opal. The opal is embedded in boulder (matrix) that is charcoal black and gray.  The opalescence snakes over the surface of the boulder, flashing with velvet purple, turquoise, and peacock blue.  The colors shift as you move the ring in the light.  The opal is a large oval and is secure in a hand-crafted bezel mounting.  The silver mounting has been crafted with an organic, molten ore design.  The band of the ring also has a beaten, molten metal appearance.  The boulder is visible from the inside of the ring.  This is an otherworldly, fascinating opal ring.  It would be stunning worn by either a man or a woman.
