For sale is a 14k yellow gold onyx ring with a diamond cross. This is a wonderful "gothic" style antique ring from the Victorian era. This signet style ring features a large flat oval of onyx that is set with a white gold cross. The cross is studded with diamonds on its arms. The vertical part of the cross is white gold that is engraved with a starburst, giving the illusion that it is also set with diamonds. The onyx is securely framed in gold.
The ring has scrolled shoulders and a simple polished square band. The gold on this ring has a reddish hue, and it might be considered rose gold by some. This ring has no cracks or chips. It would be stunning worn by either a man or a woman. It looks wonderful worn alone, or worn with garnets, pearls, or diamonds.
