For sale is a pair of 14k yellow gold Australian Opal Earrings. The earrings are long and dangly. They are antiques from the Art Deco era. Each earring features a vivid blue-green opal that is set at the center of a posy or daisy made of gold. The opals have lots of swirling fire in bright light or sunlight. The flowers are textured and painted with black enamel. The flowers dangle from a hinged gold ball stud and bar. These are lovely, dangly earrings that sway and move as you wear them.
The item shows normal wear for a pre-owned piece (light scratches, dings, dents and scuff marks.)
