Mexican Fire Boulder Opal Pendant in 925. Old Pawn

For sale is a Mexican fire boulder opal pendant in sterling silver. This old pawn pendant features a round opal set at the center of a convex silver square with rounded edges.  The opal has pale salmon pink matrix at the outer edges, and rich reddish matrix at the center.  The firey opalescence is pooled at the center of the stone, and flashes with cherry red, peacock blue and lime green fire.  The opal is secure in hand-crafted silver prongs.  The pendant has a large bail to accommodate your chain.  

The item shows normal wear for a pre-owned piece (light scratches, dings, dents and scuff marks.)
