For sale is a Mexican Boulder Fire Opal Ring in sterling silver. This is a *very large* old pawn style opal ring - it is almost unheard of to find a Mexican boulder opal this size. The opal flashes tangerine, cherry red and lime green. The matrix is a rich shade of terracotta red. A tiny slash of blue fire appears in the middle of the stone in just the right light. The opal has inclusions on one side and cloudy inclusions on the other side. The opal is secure in a hand-crafted bezel setting with zig-zag edging. The ring has a simple silver band. It can be worn beautifully by a man or a woman.
