For sale is an Australian purple boulder opal pendant with a solid 14k yellow gold wire bail.  This is a large, unusual pendant.  It is a large rounded rectangle, about the size and shape of a military dog tag.  The opal has dark gray matrix with a swirling translucent layer of purple opal.  The opal forms a large pool on the surface of the boulder, flashing purple, lavender, sky blue and peacock blue in the sunlight.  The boulder is visible on the sides and back of the opal.  The pendant has a simple solid 14k gold wire for a bail.  This is a stunning opal with unusual and vibrant purple color.  This one is a "must" for those of you who are delighted and energized by shades of purple!
