For sale is a necklace in 925 with Ethiopian Welo jelly opals.  This type of necklace, sometimes called a collar, bib or festoon necklace, features a 2.5 inch curved chevron panel that is set with oval cabochon opals.  A single teardrop cabochon opal dangles from the center of the chevron.  The opals are translucent with a base color that is light honey gold.  Each opal dazzles in the sunlight with a range of vibrant colors.  You will see purple, cherry red, tangerine, lime, blue and fuchsia as you move the necklace in the light.  Please view the video for an accurate idea of the beauty of the opals.  The opals are less vibrant in dim light, but still display lovely shifting colors.  The opals are accented by tiny sparkly cz gemstones.  The panel attaches on both sides to the chain that fastens with a spring ring clasp.  This dazzling necklace is a celebration of color and light!
