Ethiopian Black Opal Ring w Black Jet. Goth Sun/Star Design. Large 1" & 5g

For sale is an Ethiopian black opal ring with black jet in silver.  The opal is translucent with a base color that ranges from chocolate brown in bright light to black in dim light.  The opal flashes with neon green, tangerine, cherry red and orange in sunlight or bright light.  The opal is oval, and is secure in a four prong setting.  The opal is surrounded by sunrays or a star burst made of faceted black jet stones.  The ring has a goth appearance, and resembles a sunburst or a rayed star.  The silver is carbonized, and is black in color. There is some wear to the carbon where you can see lighter silver showing through on the back of the ring's band.  This is a dramatic, unique ring with a large presence.  It would be stunning on a man or a woman.
