For sale is sterling silver ring with many Ethiopian black opals.  This unusual ring features 5 oval cabochon opals arranged like flower petals around a small ruby.  The black opals are intriguing because each has a different base color and unique range of colorful opalescent fire.  The opals are not identical, but each flashes with vibrant, magical fire in sunlight or bright artificial light.  The ring also features small amethyst accent gemstones.  The gemstones are all secure in prong-settings.  The ring setting has a large gold-tone leaf and curving vines.  The the ring band is slightly angled and textured with a bamboo or branch design.  The ring band is carbonized (blackened) silver.  This colorful, unusual ring would make a fascinating gift for any jewel-lover, or for yourself :)
