For sale is a large marquise cabochon Ethiopian Welo opal ring in sterling silver. This is a large Ethiopian opal, full of fire and flash. The opal was mined in the opal fields of the Wollo province of Ethiopia. The opal is semi-translucent orange with brilliant cherry red, tangerine, lime, and yellow fire. In bright light you will also see brilliant sky blue and purple fire! The opal is secure in a bezel-setting and framed in Bali beads. This is a dazzling opal. It will amaze you in the sunlight.
