10k Gold Natural Gray Star Sapphire Ring. Bezel Setting **VIDEO**

For sale is a 10k yellow gold ring with a natural gray blue star sapphire.  The sapphire is silver gray in bright light and slightly darker dove gray in dim light.  The sapphire displays a clear 6-ray star in sunlight or bright artificial light.  In normal light the sapphire displays a glowing asterism.  The domed oval sapphire is secure in a hand-crafted bezel setting, edged in delicate milgrain.  The sapphire has a gold oval frame with an elaborate carved pattern.  The back of the sapphire is visible from inside the ring.  The ring is an antique dating from the Victorian era.  The sapphire has some natural inclusions that appear as rust colored stripes along one side of the oval (see magnified photos).  This ring is very attractive and flatters the hand.  It can easily be re-sized by your jeweler as needed.

The item shows normal wear for a pre-owned piece (light scratches, dings, dents and scuff marks.)
