14k Yellow Gold Australian Opal & Diamond Flower Leverback Earrings

For sale is a pair of 14k yellow gold leverback earrings with Australian opals and diamonds.  These are classic old-fashioned white opals with lots of fire and color.  Each earring features a halo of opals surrounding a tiny central diamond. The diamonds are each invisible-set in white gold.  Despite their small size, the diamonds add some lovely sparkle and flash to the earrings.  These opals are subtle in dim light, but full of vibrance in sunlight or bright indoor light.  One of the earrings has a great deal of fire, flashing with cherry red, lime green, tangerine, yellow and even purple fire.  The opals in the other earring are more subtle, with pinpricks of red, green and orange fire in bright light.  The opals are all securely prong set.  The opals are visible from the back of the earrings.  The earrings dangle from 14k leverbacks that fasten securely.  These are sweet, romantic opal earrings with wonderful old-world charm.

The item shows normal wear for a pre-owned piece (light scratches, dings, dents and scuff marks.)
