Mexican Boulder Opal Slide Pendant. 925 + 14k Gold **VIDEO***

For sale is a Mexican boulder opal slide pendant in sterling silver with a solid 14k yellow gold bezel. The domed oval opal is quite striking and unusual.  The opalescence covers most of the surface of the stone, with classic terracotta orange-red matrix showing around the edges. The opal is subtle in dim light and quite dramatic in bright light.  Vivid patches of neon green, cherry red, orange, blue and even purple flash as if from deep within an inky black background.  The colors constantly shift and change like a kaleidoscope as you move the opal in the light.  The opal is secure in a hand-crafted bezel-setting made of thick 14k gold.  The pendant itself is a solid silver dog tag style slide.  The silver folds back into a curving tube to accommodate your chain.  This vibrant pendant would be stunning worn by either a man or a woman.
