For sale is a silver leaves pendant with Australian opals suspended in resin with a black onyx backing. This unusual pendant was crafted in the 1950s. The Australian opals are suspended in a bubble of clear resin inside the two curving, teardrop shaped leaves. The black onyx behind the opals creates a striking backdrop to display these iridescent gemstones. The opals flash with eerie, iridescent fire in a kaleidoscope of color. In particular, you will see lots of cherry red, tangerine, fuchsia and lime green fire. The pendant has an attached bail to accommodate your chain. This magical opal necklace is truly one-of-a-kind.
