18k Gold Enamel TRAIN Railroad Pocket Watch Fob Pendant

For sale is an 18k yellow gold pendant with four enamel painted train and transportation scenes.  This pendant was originally used as a watch fob for a gentleman's watch in the early 1900s.  This pendant is exquisitely hand-painted with rich, vibrantly colored enamel. The pendant has the shape of a cross, with a tiny, intricate miniature paintings inside each segment of the cross.   Two of the paintings depict old fashioned engines, the bottom painting is an old fashioned automobile, and the left-most picture is a sail boat.  I have added a large 14k spring ring clasp to accommodate your chain. This pendant is a beautifully crafted relic of a wonderful era in the early days of transportation.   The pendant can be worn as a pendant or used as a watch fob.
