10k Yellow Gold 8.8 TCW Peridot + Garnet Necklace. Festoon

For sale is a 10k yellow gold festoon style necklace with natural peridot and red garnet gemstones.  This well-crafted necklace was made in the style of Victorian bib or festoon necklaces, with two layered chains.  Each of the two chains is set with alternating peridot and garnets spaced along the chain.  Five oval peridot gemstones are set along the chain.  A larger teardrop cut peridot dangles at the bottom of each chain.  The peridot are natural gemstones with inclusions that can be seen with magnification.  They are truly glorious gemstones with wonderful glowing lime green color.  The garnets are smaller round-cut stones.  Each is translucent with lovely glowing wine red color.  The peridot gems are all securely prong-set.  The necklace features a sturdy, well-crafted rolo chain and fastens with a 10k spring ring clasp.  This is an elegant, flattering, romantic necklace that would be perfect for a special celebration, or any day at all!

The item shows normal wear for a pre-owned piece (light scratches, dings, dents and scuff marks.)
