14k Yellow Gold Mermaid Crab Cancer Pendant. Medallion Style

For sale is a 14k yellow gold astrological pendant featuring a mermaid.  This pendant is lovely, large and unusual!  Generally the astrological sign Cancer is associated with the crab. This pendant features a lovely, graceful mermaid with her tail curled and arms extended.  The Art Deco style mermaid has such a sweet expression.  She is strong,  not fragile.  Her upraised arms seem to hold a string of stars between them.  Two large crabs dance beside her, one on each side.  The bottom of the pendant has the word CANCER in raised gold.  The pendant has lovely raised edging with a twisted rope pattern, similar to a coin.    The pendant has a jump ring bail for your chain.  This large medallion-style pendant could be beautifully worn by either a man or a woman.  

The item shows normal wear for a pre-owned piece (light scratches, dings, dents and scuff marks.)
