For sale is a brass station chain necklace with cherry red Bakelite style glass beads.  This glorious Art Deco era necklace features large round faceted beads in a rich shade of juicy cherry red.  The beads are graduated in size, and spaced evenly along a gold-tone brass chain.  This type of necklace is called a station chain or "by the yard" style necklace.  This style is particularly flattering because it creates a wreath of gems that curves around your neck.  The beads are translucent, and have a wonderful warm glow in the sunlight.  This necklace fastens with a toggle clasp.  This elegant necklace would be stunning worn with black or maroon velvet gown with a sweetheart neckline!
