18k Yellow Gold 3-Tiered Articulated Peacock Pendant. Large 2"

For sale is an 18k yellow gold peacock pendant with articulated layers.  This large pendant is unusual and beautifully crafted!  The peacock pendant was made in Portugal using a traditional technique involving intricate patterns of coiled and filigree gold wire.  The peacock faces left, with his three layers of tail feathers fanned out below him in full, majestic display.   The peacock's head is very sweet, with a tiny beak, gold bead eye, and three wee curving crest-feathers.  A shimmering row of domed gold disks dangle below each tier of his articulated tail feathers.  The tiered tail feathers and tiny disks all move, shimmying and glittering as you move.  The peacock has a bail hidden behind his head to accommodate your chain. This peacock stands proud and confident in all his glorious, gorgeous beauty.  Let him inspire you with the confidence to accomplish great and difficult things!
