For sale is a 14k yellow gold pendant with a natural blue sapphire  teardrop briolette and a tiny diamond accent.  The pendant features a fat teardrop-shaped blue sapphire with myriad facets like a prism.  The sapphire is opaque with a deep navy blue color.  You can see lighter blue highlights when you move the gemstone in the light.  The pendant has a tiny diamond accent at the top, set in white gold, which adds an extra touch of shimmer to the pendant.  The pendant has an articulated bail to accommodate your chain.
