14k Gold Cabochon EMERALD Station Chain "By-the-Yard" Necklace

For sale is a 14k yellow gold station chain necklace with natural cabochon Columbian emeralds.  This type of necklace is also called a "by the yard" chain.  This vibrant, beautifully hand-crafted necklace features semi-translucent emeralds with wonderful grassy green color and natural inclusions. The emeralds are quite lovely - they have a wonderful glow. Each emerald is a hand-carved rondelle, a slightly flattened spherical bead that is polished to a smooth shine.  The beads are graduated in size.  Each emerald is connected by a hand-crafted gold chain.  The necklace is the classic and flattering 18 inch length.  The necklace has a good-sized 5mm spring ring clasp that snaps crisply open and closed.  This necklace is an elegant and flattering way to enjoy the energizing vibrance of emeralds!
