8k-10k Yellow Gold Blue Sapphire SNAKE Ring

For sale is a 14k yellow gold antique snake ring with a Ceylon blue sapphire.   This ring is simple and elegant  The snake coils once around your finger, resting her head gently above the curved end of her tail.  Her diamond-shaped head is decorated with a glowing sapphire in the classic shade of rich midnight blue.  The sapphire is secure in a hand-crafted bezel setting.  This ring can be worn alone, or stacked with other narrow bands.  

The item shows normal wear for a pre-owned piece (light scratches, dings, dents and scuff marks.)   

***I say 8k-10k because the ring tests positive for 10k.  Although it is stamped "333" for 8k (the typical gold content in Germany), ebay does not have a category for 8k jewelry.
