For sale is a 14k yellow gold carved citrine "man in the moon" sunburst pendant.  This Victorian era antique is a true stunner.  The glowing, round citrine has been expertly carved with a serene, benevolent moon face.  The facial features are beautifully detailed in three dimensions, with curving brow, full cheeks and gently smiling mouth.  The pendant is fully carved on both sides, and can be worn with either side facing forward.  The citrine is secure in a hand-crafted bezel setting.  The rays of the sun are made from Bali beads decorating the outside of the gold bezel frame.  The pendant has an articulated bail to accommodate your chain.  This antique pendant is simple and elegant worn alone, and can also be layered with other antique or celestial pendants.
