14k Yellow Gold 4 Ct Peridot Pear Teardrop Ring. Rosettes

For sale is a 14k yellow gold natural peridot ring.  This antique ring is beautifully crafted and so vibrant!  The teardrop/pear cut peridot is beautifully faceted and glows with a sublime shade of tart apple green.  Its fabulous translucence catches the eye from yards away.  The peridot is secure in a multi-prong crown setting edged with gold in a twisted rope design.  The gemstone is framed all around with a wreath of sweet, tiny gold rosettes.  The peridot sits on top of a beautifully filigreed basket setting, maximizing the light that can reflect and refract through its myriad facets.  The ring has a simple half-round band.  This ring is currently size 8.5 and can be resized by your jeweler.  It is rare to find natural peridot in such excellent condition in an antique ring!  Especially with the fine craftsmanship of this piece.
