For sale is a 14k yellow gold Australian opal triplet pendant.  A triplet is a natural opal that is backed with onyx to deepen its color and topped with clear quartz for protection. This opal is full of colorful fire with beautiful contrast between the black background and the vibrant opalescence.  The opal flashes with tons of flaming reds and oranges, as well as blues and purples.  The opal is vibrant even in dim light, but is even more colorful in brighter lights.  The colors are ever-changing as you move the opal in the light.  The opal is secure in a crown setting and backed in solid 14k.  The pendant has a large articulated bail to accommodate your chain.  

The item shows normal wear for a pre-owned piece (light scratches, dings, dents and scuff marks.)
