For sale is a 14k yellow gold ring with Alaskan Gold bearing Quartz and diamonds. Gold-in-Quartz, also known as Gold Quartz or Gold bearing quartz is a rare and sought-after gemstone for jewelry makers today. It consists of white (or gray or black) quartz with veins of pure gold ore running through it. The most valuable gems are those with white or cream quartz and lots of gold veins. This quartz is a creamy shade of white with bright burnished 24k gold veins covering over 50% of the surface. The quartz is an oval shape, and is secure in a hand-crafted bezel setting. Natural solid gold nuggets are set on either side of the gold quartz gemstone. The back of the gold quartz gemstone is visible from the inside of the ring. The ring is unusual and beautiful, with a lovely organic feel. It is also well-crafted and sturdy.
