For sale is a 9k yellow gold, 9k rose gold, and sterling silver heart locket or pill box pendant.  This antique pendant is so unusual!  The large silver heart has a hinged lid that opens and closes securely.  This antique pillbox pendant is large enough to hold important items or mementos. For example, you could enclose an important medication, or key.  You could also enclose a more sentimental item, such as love note, a baby tooth, or ashes from your beloved dog.  The heart pendant is lined with yellow gold.  The front of the heart is set with a rose gold shield with engraved initials ("W").  The lid opens and closes easily.  It stays firmly closed when you shut it.  The pendant has an articulated ring bail to accommodate your chain.  This antique locket is unusual and truly lovely.  You will find endless uses for it!
