14k Yellow Gold Opal Tanzanite & Diamond BLACK WIDOW Spider Pendant. 1"

For sale is a 14k yellow gold spider pendant with an Australian opal, a tanzanite gemstone and two small diamonds.  This antique pendant is a stunner.  I had my jeweler convert the pendant from a brooch so it could be worn and enjoyed.  The spider is beautifully crafted using top quality gemstones.  The spider's abdomen is made from a large, round semi-transparent Australian opal.  The opal flashes cherry red, lime and tangerine in the light.  The spider's thorax is a bezel set tanzanite gemstone in a vibrant, velvety shade of periwinkle blue-purple.  The spider's eyes are two small, round, high-quality diamonds that are bezel set.   The diamonds are sparkly and brilliant with no inclusions visible to the naked eye.  The spider is intricately detailed with elegant textured, segmented legs. The pendant is suspended from an articulated bail to accommodate your chain.  This pendant is a dazzling gem-encrusted tribute to one of nature's most fascinating creations.

The item shows normal wear for a pre-owned piece (light scratches, dings, dents and scuff marks.)
