For sale is a Steven Douglas 14k yellow gold mermaid and anchor pendant.  This large, heavy pendant is breath-taking.  The mermaid is beautifully rendered with exquisite attention to each detail.  She curves her slender, powerful body around the anchor.  She rests on one elbow, while her other arm is upraised against the anchor.  Her intricately textured tail curls over the curve of the anchor, holding her securely.  Her torso is elegantly arched and her musculature is skillfully rendered. The pendant has a large articulated bail that will accommodate larger chains.  The pendant would look lovely worn with a heavy mariner chain.  This pendant is a work of art.
