This smaller sized opal is fairly subtle, but has an eye-pleasing palette of purples and lavender shades.  The brown matrix (boulder) is topped with semi-translucent jelly opal.  This thick, narrow opal flashes with splashes of vibrant purple and lavender opalescence.  The opal is more subtle in dim light, and displays its purple and lavender shades in the sunlight or bright indoor light. The matrix (or boulder) is deep chocolate brown.  The matrix is visible from the back of the pendant. The opal is secure in a hand-crafted prong setting.  The opal is set at the center of a hand-crafted 14k gold frame with an organic design.  The pendant has an articulated jump ring bail to accommodate your chain.  If you love lavender and purple shades, this opal pendant may be perfect for you!
