For sale is a 14k yellow gold pendant with a natural Australian Koroit opal.  This opal was mined in the Koroit opal fields in south west Queensland, Australia.  The opal is a large, thick, half round stone with a lovely chocolate-brown matrix that is veined with vibrant opal.  The opal has rich shades of purple-blue which contrast beautifully with the chocolate brown matrix.  The veins of purple form beautiful arcs through the boulder.  This is quite simply a stunning opal.  The back of the opal is just as lovely, with beautiful veins of opal in similar colors.  The opal is securely set in a heavy cap of solid gold. The pendant has a large enhancer bail to accommodate your chain.  This is a one-of-a-kind, beautifully veined opal pendant that will delight you.  Both sides of the opal are stunning, and it can be worn with either side facing forward.  This large opal pendant would be attractive for a man or a woman.
