Australian Blue Boulder Opal Pendant in 925. Free Chain

For sale is an Australian boulder opal pendant in sterling silver. The opal is a rich medium shade of blue that flashes with purple, indigo and peacock blue.  The blue and purple colors shift subtly as you move the ring in the light.  The opal is securely set in a hand-crafted silver bezel mounting with Bali bead edging. The brown boulder is visible from the back of the pendant.  The pendant has a large articulated bail.  A 20" silver chain is included with the purchase.  This lovely opal has the calming, cool, ever-shifting beauty of a quiet ocean on clear day.

**There are some surface scratches and a "fleabite" on the edge of the opal.  These are visible in magnified photos.

The item shows normal wear for a pre-owned piece (light scratches, dings, dents and scuff marks.)
