Carved "Man in the Moon" Face Cabochon Amethyst Ring in 925. Sea Witch--b78_5_20

For sale is a carved 'man in the moon' face amethyst gemstone with amethyst cabochon accents.  This unusual ring features a round amethyst cabochon that is carved with a happily smiling face.  This amethyst is accented by three smaller round amethyst cabochons.  All the amethysts are framed in silver.  To me, this ring appears to be a smiling and benevolent sea witch with her glowing purple crown of gemstones.  You might see a jester, or a queen/ king?  Or a planet ringed with three orbiting moons?  Options abound.  This ring would be attractive worn by either a man or a woman.

The item shows normal wear for a pre-owned piece (light scratches, dings, dents and scuff marks.)
