For sale is an Australian black opal triplet ring in sterling silver.  This opal displays a lovely ethereal palette of vibrant opalescent colors on a deep black background.  The opal is a triplet, backed in onyx with a clear quartz layer on top.  The opal flashes with several exceptionally bright cherry red and tangerine spots.  As you move it in the light, you will also see shades of purple and peacock blue.  The opal is a large oval, and is bezel set in silver.  The opal is set in a large oval shadowbox frame that enhances the drama of the opal.  The opal is backed in silver.  The ring has a split three band shank that joins together into one wide band in the back.  This ring would be gorgeous for either a man or a woman.  Your jeweler can resize this ring at a reasonable cost, if needed.
