For sale is a 14k yellow gold festoon bib necklace with natural

Australian white and jelly opals. This antique necklace is stunning! It hangs beautifully and is both magical and flattering to the neckline. The chain drips with natural cabochon opals, each framed in gold. Nine oval white opals are set along the main chain. Eight jelly opals dangle beneath the white opals.

A second chain attaches to the main chain, forming looping "scallops" below it. The creamy opaque white opals have tiny pinpricks and veins of opalescent color that glimmer in the sunlight. The jelly opals are semi-translucent with marvelous blue, purple, lavender, green and teal color. 

These antique opals are in good condition and you will see a few small flea-bites. The chain fastens with a 14k spring ring clasp. Opals are such a delicate gemstone that it is truly amazing to find an antique opal necklace in this condition! A rare and wonderful opportunity.
