18k Yellow Gold + Sterling Mayan Turquoise Earrings & Pendant

For sale is a pair of sterling silver and 14k yellow gold earrings with a matching pendant.  The set was made in Peru and feature a Mayan or Incan design with turquoise accents.  The earrings and pendant each feature an 18k yellow gold mask with turquoise eyes that is set in a sterling background.  The earrings are dangly, and fasten with french hooks.  The top of each earring features a piece of 18k yellow gold set on top of a a teardrop shaped piece of sterling.  Dangling below this piece is the 18k Mayan mask set in a larger teardrop shaped piece of pierced and etched sterling.  The pendant (also a pin) features the 18k Mayan mask set in the center of a large octagon of pierced and engraved silver.

Both the silver and 18k on these pieces is intricately carved and pierced in elaborate and beautiful designs.  The craftsmanship in these pieces is excellent.  These pieces of jewelry are an outstanding example of the artistry of this moment in history and culture.

The earrings and pendant have no damage and show normal wear (light scratches, dings, dents and scuff marks.)
