For sale is a heavy 14k yellow and white gold ring with natural diamonds. The ring was designed and crafted by the respected Tinsley & Sons jewelers in the Art Deco era in the 1940s. The ring has a yellow gold band and a white gold panel set with diamonds. The white gold panel is elaborately carved and pierced. The central diamond is round, sparkly, and eye-clear with no yellow tint. It is securely prong-set in a buttercup style setting. It is flanked by 3 smaller diamonds on each side, one set in a teardrop of gold and two others set above and below. All gemstones are securely prong-set. This is a well-crafted, heavy, elegant, heirloom ring that will be passed down and treasured for generations.
The item shows normal wear for a pre-owned piece (light scratches, dings, dents and scuff marks.)
