For sale is a 14k yellow rose gold double cameo ring made of mother of pearl and natural shell.  The two cameos placed side-by-side have a wonderful ghostly quality to my eye, perhaps because of the glowing pearlescence?  This Victorian era antique ring is beautifully crafted and quite stunning.  The two cameos are elegantly carved from glowing mother of pearl.  The cameos face one another as if they are related; perhaps beloved sisters, twins, friends, or mother and daughter?  Each cameo is bezel-set, framed in gold with delicate milgrain edging.  The cameos are slightly elevated in gold frames with a scallop edge design.  This ring would be a wonderful gift for a mother of 2 daughters, or one of two beloved sisters or friends.  It is also a delightful, unusual, slightly eerie, Victorian ring that would be gorgeous worn in combination with other Victorian era rings and jewelry (onyx, garnet, pearl, gypsy-set diamonds, etc.).  

The item shows normal wear for a pre-owned piece (light scratches, dings, dents and scuff marks.)
