For sale is a 14k yellow gold pendant with a repousse maiden cameo. Part of the Sea Green Mermaid Reimagined Vintage Collection, we converted an antique pair of screwback earrings into two identical pendants so they could be worn and enjoyed.
This pendant is exquisitely designed and crafted. The pendant is a slightly domed oval with the image of the woman depicted in repousse. The maiden's delicate features are beautifully depicted in intricate and realistic detail. The maiden appears contemplative or down-hearted and she bends her head towards the rose on the bosom of her gown. Her wavy hair is pulled back into a loose knot, accented by a 2nd blooming rose. Her neck and shoulders are exposed by her elegant gown. The pendant has a hidden bail to accommodate your chain.
