For sale is a 14k yellow gold ring with a purple amethyst and diamonds.  This is a Byzantine style ring with a central oval amethyst and six natural diamonds.  The amethyst is a deep purple shade with some translucence.  The amethyst shows signs of wear under magnification (see magnified photos.)   The six round diamonds are sparkly and eye-clear.  They add brilliance and glamour to the ring.  The ring setting appears to be missing two diamonds from the top and bottom of the ring.  This was not apparent to me until I viewed the ring under magnification.  The buyer can choose to replace the gemstones or wear the ring "As Is."  This is reflected in the low price of the ring.

The item shows normal wear for a pre-owned piece (light scratches, dings, dents and scuff marks.)   
*** The ring setting appears to be missing two diamonds from the top and bottom of the ring.
