14k Yellow Gold Australian Koroit Opal 1.2" Pendant. *Video*

This opal is a knock-out. For sale is a natural Australian Koroit opal pendant with a 14k yellow gold bail. This opal was mined in the Koroit opal fields in south west Queensland, Australia.  The rounded teardrop shaped opal has lovely chocolate brown matrix that is heavily veined with opal.

Intricate, spider-web-like threads of sparkling purple and blue contrast beautifully with white veins with pinprick green, orange and yellow fire.  This is quite simply a stunning opal.  It is quite large, and a slightly domed oval shape.

The jeweler has added tiny 14k gold bezels around the edges of the drilled hole on both sides, creating a metal collar that prevents damage from contact with your chain. This one-of-a-kind, beautifully veined opal pendant will surely delight you.

The last two photos show the back of the pendant.  The back side of the opal is also quite beautiful and vibrant.
