For sale is a 14k yellow gold ring with an Australian black opal doublet.  This beautifully crafted ring is exceptionally vibrant and full of fire.  It features a natural Australian opal that is backed in a white stone to strengthen the stone and add depth of color and fire.  The opal has a black background that comes alive with firey opal colors in the sunlight or bright indoor light.  A whole spectrum of opalescent color washes just beneath the surface of this special gemstone.  The opal in particular flashes cherry red, tangerine, lime, baby blue and peacock blue.  The opal is secure in hand-crafted prongs, and set at the center of a slightly concave oval disk of gold.  The ring has a simple polished gold band.  This exceptional opal will dazzle you in the sunlight!
