14k Yellow Gold Amethyst & Diamond Antique StarBurst Ring

For sale is a 14k yellow gold amethyst starburst ring with diamond accents.  This antique ring features an amethyst with lovely translucent magenta color.  The amethyst is secure in a multi-prong crown setting.  The amethyst is framed by an 8 pointed star that is set at 6 of its points with small round diamonds.  The diamonds are quite brilliant and add a nice touch of sparkle to the ring.  The starburst is a thick piece of gold, and the gemstones are slightly elevated, allowing light to reflect through each gemstone.  The band of the ring has some engraving that adds interest and texture.  The ring is small (size 4.75) and can be resized by your jeweler at a reasonable cost.
