14k Yellow Gold ALASKAN Gold in Quartz Oval Disk Pendant. R

For sale is a 14k yellow gold pendant with Alaskan Gold-in-Quartz. This pendant is part of our "Reimagined Vintage" collection, and was transformed from a pair of antique cufflinks. Gold-in-Quartz, also known as Gold Quartz or Gold bearing quartz is a rare and sought-after gemstone for jewelry makers today.  It consists of white (or gray or black) quartz with veins of pure gold ore running through it. 

 

The quartz in this pendant is a milky shade of white with bright burnished 24k gold veins on the right and top of the oval. It is cut in a flat oval that is polished smooth. The quartz is oriented north-south, and is beautifully framed in a hand-crafted 14k gold setting. The back of the stone is black gold quartz, and is visible from the back side of the pendant. The pendant has an attached bail to accommodate your chain. 

This well-crafted gold-in-quartz pendant is not only beautiful, but is actually a wise investment that will only increase in value over time.
