14k Yellow Gold & 925 Black Jelly Opal SPIDER Pendant Necklace. 10.5g

For sale is a 14k yellow gold and sterling silver SPIDER necklace with Australian black jelly opals and an amethyst briolette.  This is one of those pieces.  When I saw it I thought "Are you kidding me?"   

This one-of-a-kind necklace has a hand-crafted chain that is permanently attached to the lavaliere style pendant.  The central piece features a triangular silver web with solid 14k filaments and a solid gold spider. 

The spider tends her two purple jelly opal eggs.  She holds the smaller blue-purple translucent opal egg in her two front legs, and the larger purple egg rests behind her.  A glowing purple amethyst briolette dangles from a 14k gold bail at the bottom of the web.  The web attaches to the silver chain with two domed gold links that link to long, curved  S-shaped silver bars. 

The hand-crafted silver chain fastens with a hand-made hook and eye clasp.  The necklace is stamped for both silver and 14k gold.  If you are of the tribe who delight in opals, webs, spiders, purple, and jewelry, then please take this opportunity to make this necklace part of your collection!  You will never see anything quite like it again.
