14k Yellow Gold 3 Chain Multi-Color Tourmaline Collar Necklace. 48g _b477_12_20

For sale is a 14k yellow gold triple strand chain necklace with many shades of red, pink and green tourmaline.  This beautifully crafted, colorful pendant is extremely heavy at 48 grams!  The strands are graduated lengths - 15", 16" and 17".  Each strand features solid gold beads of different shapes and briolette cut tourmaline gemstones in a broad range of colors.  The tourmaline gemstones appear to be hand-cut, with lovely translucence and natural inclusions.  The overall effect is of glittering color.  The necklace is a collar style, and to me it has an Egyptian feel, given the rich greens and blues of the tourmaline.  The necklace has a hand-made round tongue in groove clasp that holds securely.  Despite its unusually heaviness, I find this necklace surprisingly comfortable to wear.  You will feel like Cleopatra in this stunning collar chain!

The item shows normal wear for a pre-owned piece (light scratches, dings, dents and scuff marks.)
