For sale is a 14k white gold ring guard (jacket enhancer) with natural blue sapphire and diamonds. This is a halo style ring guard, composed of two jeweled bands that are connected in back with two gold bands. The ring features 14 round gemstones, 8 blue sapphires and 6 diamonds. The sapphires are a lovely shade of ceylon blue with nice translucence. Each sapphire sits securely in a four prong setting. The diamonds are bright and sparkly, with no yellow tint. Each diamond is channel set within a leaf-shaped gold frame. The gemstones are set above and below the bands in an extended halo pattern. This is a well-preserved antique ring, with a large presence due to the width of the band and the sparkle of the stones. It can be worn with your diamond solitaire or a blue sapphire solitaire. (The diamond and sapphire rings shown are not included in the sale.)
The item shows normal wear for a pre-owned piece (light scratches, dings, dents and scuff marks.)
The ring is currently quite small (size 3,) and can easily be resized by your jeweler. Unfortunately I do not offer resizing.
